综上所述 , 研究团队认为 , 分子氢对肝脏脂肪堆积具有抑制作用 , 并作为一种保护机制促进自噬 。 该研究结果为氢气治疗作为NAFLD的辅助治疗提供了证据 。
【研究结论】
根据上面的动物实验、以及富氢水和吸入氢气干预试验 , 证明氢气可以作为一种新型调脂剂 , 有望用于预防/治疗动脉硬化 , 以及高血脂症引起的各种疾病(如非酒精性脂肪肝) 。
在氢气的干预方式上 , 针对中老年人 , 建议日常采用饮用富氢水、吸入氢气治疗 , 并长期(3-6个月)坚持 , 可能会有更好效果 。
