结语
照射多病灶的免疫调节效应、低剂量放疗专属的“远端效应” ，以及放疗激活的全身免疫应答，都让iRT联合治疗模式颇受期待，但在iRT被临床常规应用之前，还需要跨越一系列的难关和挑战，相信未来的临床研究会给出更好的答案。
